文章使用自动解卷积技术对西江水体中有机污染物进行了鉴定。解卷积技术基于"模型峰"法,能够从复杂的色谱中提取组份的"纯"质谱,并进行保留时间锁定,数据库检索和比较,最后根据质谱的匹配因子自动作出鉴定。结果显示西江水中含有多种美国环保局水环境中优先控制污染物,此外,塑料工业产生的污染物、农药、药物和个人护理品(PPCPs)应被高度关注。

Identification of organic pollutants in West River of China by automated mass spectral deconvolution was introduced.The mass spectral deconvolution was on the basis of optimized "model peak" approach,able to extract "pure" mass spectra of components from complex chromatograms and lock the retention time.Also it could search libraries,calculated "match factors" by comparing component spectrum with library,and automatically identified the target compounds.The results showed that West River contained priority controlled pollutants in water environment by the United State Environment Protection Agency(USEPA).Besides,pollutants which from plastics industry,pesticides,drugs,pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs) should be highly concerned.
