This paper introduces an UHF RFID system based on DSP technology. TMS320F2812 is used as MCU and AS3991 as RF transmitter, meanwhile EPC GEN2 protocol is used in this system to fulfill identifying, reading and writing the tag. DSP used in RFID helps to reduce the complexity and make design more convenient, which brings the system having low costs, reliable communication and simple operation. It can be anticipated that the system this paper putting forward will have widely application in the future and have somewhat instructional significance in spreading RFID.
