以汽车座椅靠背为研究对象,利用材料力学原理分别设计3种不同截面形状的钢制座椅靠背圆钢管,基于Hyper Works有限元软件对3种方案进行静强度模拟分析,运用密度法对新型铝合金座椅骨架进行拓扑优化设计。结果表明:截面为椭圆型的钢管比等截面面积的圆形钢管具有更大的抗弯强度,拓扑优化是一种有效的结构概念设计方法,使铝合金座椅靠背质量减轻16.5%,从结构和材料2方面实现了汽车座精轻量化的目的。
以汽車座椅靠揹為研究對象,利用材料力學原理分彆設計3種不同截麵形狀的鋼製座椅靠揹圓鋼管,基于Hyper Works有限元軟件對3種方案進行靜彊度模擬分析,運用密度法對新型鋁閤金座椅骨架進行拓撲優化設計。結果錶明:截麵為橢圓型的鋼管比等截麵麵積的圓形鋼管具有更大的抗彎彊度,拓撲優化是一種有效的結構概唸設計方法,使鋁閤金座椅靠揹質量減輕16.5%,從結構和材料2方麵實現瞭汽車座精輕量化的目的。

After analysing the original steel design of automotive seat back frame, three different sectional shapes of the seat back steel pipes are designed based on mechanics, of materials, and numerical calculations are carried out with finite element software HyperWorks. Topology optimization design of aluminum seat back is carried out using density method. The result shows that the linear static strength of elliptic section for steel tube is more than that of the round section with same area, topology optimization is a kind of effective method of structure design. The weight of aluminium alloy seat back reduces 16.5%, realizing the purpose of automotive seat lightweight from two aspects of structure and material.
