By analyzing the chief factors of the optimization of replenishment stratety,aiming at the problem of replenishment strategy for the synthetic evaluation,this paper used fuzzy evaluation method to build a evaluative model that assemble qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.At the end,the model is illustrate to be scientific and effectiveness for the optimization of replenishment strategy by example computing.
