高等学校处于推广应用信息化技术的前沿,有需要也有责任创设丰富的教学与学习资源,藉此为教师开展多样化教学与学生开展自主学习提供平台。网络教学资源平台将有效延展课堂授课,弥补课堂授课的时空限制,成为教师日常课堂授课和学生自主探究学习结合的桥梁与纽带,有效拓展学生的思维空间,促进对知识的迁移与应用。基于此.笔者从平台需求分析、模块功能设计、数据库设计、业务逻辑设计4个方面对高校网络教学资源平台的构建方法与过程加以阐释。

Since the college is in the front of promoting applying informationization technology, it is very necessary and responsible to establish the rich teaching and studying resources, which can provide the platform for the diverse teaching and self-learning. The network teaching resources platform will delay classroom teaching effectively and atonements the space and time limit of classroom teaching, becomes the bridge and the link which union the daily classroom teaching and the student independently studying, develops student's thought space effectively, promotes to the migration and the application of knowledge. Based on this, this article will explain to the university network teaching resources platform's construction method and the process from four aspects which are the platform demand analysis, the module functional design, the database design and the service logical design.
