红外热像检测是实时、在线检测绝缘子绝缘状态的重要方法之一。分析了劣化绝缘子红外热像诊断的判别方法。在此基础上,以瓷质绝缘子为对象,进行了绝缘子红外热像诊断的实验室模拟试验及现场实测,阐述了不同缺陷工况下的劣化绝缘子串的红外热像特征差异。试验结果表明,瓷质绝缘子的热像特征一般表现为钢帽温度高于瓷盘温度;瓷盘部分,离绝缘子串轴线位置越远,温度越低;相对于对比串,异常串内温度最高绝缘子与温度最低绝缘子问的温差明显增大;对于不同缺陷类型的异常绝缘子串,其热像特征可能不同;电压分布曲线的最低处可能为检测盲区。

The infrared thermal image detection is one of the most important methods for the real-time online detection of insulation state of insulators. The discriminant methods of infrared thermal image diagnosis for insulators were analyzed and discussed. On this basis, taking the porcelain insulator strings as investigated subjects, the laboratory simulation tests and field measurements of the insulator infrared thermal image diagnosis were carried out. This paper expatiated on the difference between the thermal image characteristics of different inferior insulator strings with different types of defects. The results show that, the general thermal image characteristic of porcelain insulator is that the temperature of the steel cap is higher than that of the porcelain plate. As to the porcelain plate, the farther the position is from the insulator string axis, the lower the temperature is. Compared with the normal insulator string, for the inferior insulator string, the maximum temperature difference along the insulator string obviously increases. As to different inferior insulator strings with different types of defects, the thermal image characteristic may be different. There is possibly a blind detection zone near the lowest point of the voltage distribution curve.
