对力平衡式恒力吊作机构分析,根据其工作原理建立其刀形凸轮的曲线微分方程,使用MATLAB程序求解凸轮曲线微分方程并绘制凸轮曲线。建立恒力吊主弹簧的优化设计数学模型,使用MATLAB遗传算法工具求解,实现主弹簧的优化设计。用这种方法设计力平衡式恒力吊,可以提高设计质量和设计效率。

A mechanics model for force balanced constant spring hangers is put forward.The curve equation of knife cams is induced from the working principle of constant hanger.The curve equation is solved and the curves of cams are also plotted with MATLAB.The main spring mathematical model of optimal design is established.Parameters of the main spring are optimized with the MATLAB genetic algorithm tool.Design force balanced constant spring hangers in this way would improve the design quality and design efficiency.
