针对出砂油井在进行酸化解堵作业时易加剧油井出砂的问题,研制一种具有解堵和抑砂双重性能的FY-1新型解堵抑砂剂化学剂。分析化学剂的作用原理,对配方组分进行优化,同时评价化学剂的性能。结果表明解堵抑砂剂既保持了无机解堵剂的溶蚀性,同时在砂粒表面形成的体型高分子膜可增加岩石胶结强度,使解堵抑砂剂起到抑制地层出砂的作用。
針對齣砂油井在進行痠化解堵作業時易加劇油井齣砂的問題,研製一種具有解堵和抑砂雙重性能的FY-1新型解堵抑砂劑化學劑。分析化學劑的作用原理,對配方組分進行優化,同時評價化學劑的性能。結果錶明解堵抑砂劑既保持瞭無機解堵劑的溶蝕性,同時在砂粒錶麵形成的體型高分子膜可增加巖石膠結彊度,使解堵抑砂劑起到抑製地層齣砂的作用。

According to the problems of well sand production in acidizing plugging removal operation,a new kind of plugging removal and sand inhibiting agent which has dual property of plugging removing and sand inhibiting is developed.The interaction principle of this agent is studied,the components of formulation is optimized,and the properties of this agent is also evaluated.The results show that this agent can retain corrosion property of the inorganic plugging removal agent,meanwhile,body stature polymer film formed on the surface of sand can increase the bond strength of rock,which makes the agent with the preformance of plugging removing and sand inhibiting.
