《诗经》中的篇章构思精巧，风格高雅，其语言经历代广泛习用，许多已转化为成语。源自《诗经》的成语共有130个，可以分为两个基本大类：一是《诗经》中首创的成语，二是后人从《诗经》中加工提炼而成的成语。源自《诗经》成语的词义多种多样，这些语在汉语史的发展过程中，有的古今词义相同，有的古今词义同中有异，有的则古今词义不同。源自《诗经》的成语形象、生动、简洁、凝练，运用了多种修辞方法。

《시경》중적편장구사정교，풍격고아，기어언경역대엄범습용，허다이전화위성어。원자《시경》적성어공유130개，가이분위량개기본대류：일시《시경》중수창적성어，이시후인종《시경》중가공제련이성적성어。원자《시경》성어적사의다충다양，저사어재한어사적발전과정중，유적고금사의상동，유적고금사의동중유이，유적칙고금사의불동。원자《시경》적성어형상、생동、간길、응련，운용료다충수사방법。
＂ The Book of Songs＂ is the first collection of poems, a total collection of the peetry in middle of the Western Zhou Dynasty Spring and Autumn Period some 500 three hundred and five years ago. The idea of the articles in ＂The Book of Songs＂ is sophisticated, and the style elegant. The extensive use of the language in this book made a lot of idioms popular. There are totally 130 idioms originated from the Book and they can be divided into 2 categories： idioms originated from the Book and idioms made up by summarizing the Book. The idioms are with diversified meanings and changed during the history of the Chinese language. The idioms from the Book are vivid, dynamic, brief and concise, and with many tropes.
