目的:制定复方茜草灌注液质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的丹参、茜草、苦参进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中丹参酮ⅡA和隐丹参酮的含量。结果:隐丹参酮的回归方程Y=1×106 X+744 462,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.61%。丹参酮ⅡA的回归方程Y=2×106 X+2×106,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为2.05%。结论:建立的鉴别方法直观、简单、专属性强;含量测定方法准确、重现性好。可作为制定复方茜草灌注液质量标准的试验依据。

목적:제정복방천초관주액질량표준。방법:채용박층색보법대제제중적단삼、천초、고삼진행감별;채용고효액상색보법측정제제중단삼동ⅡA화은단삼동적함량。결과:은단삼동적회귀방정Y=1×106 X+744 462,r=0.999 5,평균회수솔위98.5%,RSD위1.61%。단삼동ⅡA적회귀방정Y=2×106 X+2×106,r=0.999 5,평균회수솔위97.8%,RSD위2.05%。결론:건립적감별방법직관、간단、전속성강;함량측정방법준학、중현성호。가작위제정복방천초관주액질량표준적시험의거。
Objective: To establish the quality standards of compound Radix Rubiae perfusate.Methods: Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Rubiae and Sophorae Flavescentis in the preparation were identified by TLC;the content of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone-ⅡA were determined by the HPLC.Results:The regression equation of cryptotanshinone was Y=1×106 X +744 462,r=0.999 5,the average recovery was 98.5% and RSD was 1.61%.Regression equation of tanshinoneⅡA was Y= 2×106 X+2×106,r=0.999 5,the average recovery was 97.8% and RSD was 2.05%.Conclusion: The method of identification was so straight,simple and specialized that the accuracy and repeatability was satisfied for the content determination.
