以萘为单体,苯甲醛为交联剂,浓硫酸为催化剂,合成了与石墨等炭材料有优良黏结性的萘沥青树脂,采用红外光谱(IR)、高效凝胶色谱(HPGPC)以及液相色谱/质谱(LC/MS)等方法对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,提纯后的萘沥青树脂为浅黄色粉末状固体,该树脂含有三芳基甲烷基结构,其数均分子量为550-900、质均分子量为600-1 100、平均聚合度n=2-4,分子量分布指数D=1.15-1.25,且树脂的分子量及分子量分布随萘与苯甲醛物质的量比的增加先增加而后减少。
以萘為單體,苯甲醛為交聯劑,濃硫痠為催化劑,閤成瞭與石墨等炭材料有優良黏結性的萘瀝青樹脂,採用紅外光譜(IR)、高效凝膠色譜(HPGPC)以及液相色譜/質譜(LC/MS)等方法對其結構進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明,提純後的萘瀝青樹脂為淺黃色粉末狀固體,該樹脂含有三芳基甲烷基結構,其數均分子量為550-900、質均分子量為600-1 100、平均聚閤度n=2-4,分子量分佈指數D=1.15-1.25,且樹脂的分子量及分子量分佈隨萘與苯甲醛物質的量比的增加先增加而後減少。

Naphathalene-based pitch resin which has a good cohesiveness with carbon materials such as graphite has been synthesized by using naphathalene as monomer,benzaldehyde as crosslinking agent in the presence of concentrated sulphuric acid.The structure of the pitch resin has also been characterized by Fourier transfrom infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),high performance gel permeation chromatography(HPGPC) and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC/MS),respectively.Experimental results showed that the purifed napathalene-based pitch,a light yellow powder solid,was obteined which contains three aryl-methane structures.The number average molecular weight of the pitch resin is 550-900,mass average molecular weight is 600-1 100,the average polymerization degree is 2-4,the distribution index of molecular weight is 1.15-1.25.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the pitch resin increases and then decreases as the amount of substance ratio of naphthalene and benzaldehyde increases.
