调查了高校教师宣讲“学生体质健康标准”和学生了解测试指标的状况,发现存在以下问题:任课教师宣讲“标准”的意愿较弱,导致大学生没有充分了解“标准”的评价体系及其意义,大多数学生无法应用评价标准正确评价自身的健康状况.各高校在“标准”测试的组织过程中存在着不同程度的违规现象,致使测试指标数据失去了科学性、有效性.通过分析问题产生的原因,提出了以下建议:提高教师对学生体质健康测试的认识水平,不断增强关于“标准”的教学能力;增加经费支持;学校体育与卫生部门要协调工作,共同建立体质健康咨询服务中心,切实引导学生参加体育锻炼,达到提高学生体质健康水平的目的.

Through survey of the universities teachers' publicized and explained the conditions of student physical health standard and the students understood the test index, I found the following problems: the teachers won't publicized and explained too much of student physical health standard, resulted in the students can't understood enough about the evaluation system and its significance of student physical health standard, most of students can't application of the evaluation criteria to evaluate their own health conditions properly. The universities exists different degrees of irregularities phenomenon in organization student physical health standard testing process, lead to the testing Index data lost its scientific and effective. I put forward the following suggestions by analysis of the reasons: we must Improve the teachers' awareness level of student physical health standard, enhance teachers' teaching ability about the standard constantly, Increase financial support; The school physical education and health departments need to coordinate work to build the physical health consultation service center, we should guide students to take part in physical exercise in order to improve the students' physical health leve.
