以5%-30%浓度的甘油作为精液冷冻保护剂,以0.5mL麦管和1.8mL麦管作为精液冻存容器,进行七彩鲑冻精的受精试验。试验结果表明:20%浓度甘油组的受精率达到了51.08%~61.56%,显著高于其他浓度甘油组的受精率;在20%~25%甘油浓度中0.5mL麦管组的受精率均高于1.8mL麦管组的受精率,其中20%甘油的0.5mL麦管组,平均受精率最高,达到了61.38%。

The artificial fertilization experiment on Salvelinusfontinalis was carried out,using 5%-30% glycerol as eryoproteetant,and 0.5 mL and 1.8 mL straw as semen eryopreservation container. The results showed that:The fertilization rates of 20% glycerol group reached 51.08%-61.56%, which was obviously higher than other concentrations of glycerol groups. With the glycerol concentration of 20%-25% ,the fertilization rates of 0.5 mL straw group were significantly higher than the fertilization rates of 1.8 mL straw group. The mean fertilization rate of 20% glycerol and 0.5 mL straw group was the highest ,which reached 61.38%.
