当前，政府采购仍处在发展阶段。文中在肯定高校政府采购的前提下，分析了近年来高校政府采购中存在预算和采购计划有一定的盲目性、采购周期长、政府采购价格与高校期望值存在一定差异、政府角色不清晰、高校采购招标复杂性等问题，针对上述存在的问题，提出了加强高校政府采购队伍建设、交流信息、强化监督、采取灵活多样的高校政府采购方式、利用现代网络技术，创新高校政府采购方式等政策性建议。

At present, the government procurement of colleges and universities is still in its infancy. First, the government procurement in university is of great significance for improving efficiency of financial expenditure. Then, we analyses the issue of the government procurement in university in recently years. These issues are as follows： purchase budget and plan had a little of blindness, purchase cycle length, purchase price, the sole of government during purchasing, and the complexity of index on purchasing. For solving above problems, we give some suggestion such as, enhancing construction of purchase group, exchange information, strengthening supervising, flexible university government procurement way, innovation of universities government purchase by network techniques.
