大学生是社会新技术、新思想的前沿群体，而大学生群体的稳定将直接影响到校园的和谐与发展和社会人才培养目标的实现。大学生群体行为具有欢乐型、抗议型和爱国型三种表现形式，其形成源于社会、学校和个人等三类因素。分析群体行为的演进过程并提出行为发生前、进行中和结束后三阶段中不同的应对方法以正确引导其健康发展。

University students are pioneers in accepting new technologies and new thought. And the stability among the university students will directly affect the harmonious development of the universities and the achievement of the educational goals in training talented personnel. The group behaviors of the university students can be defined in three styles： joyous, protesting and patriotic style. The causes of these behaviors are rooted in society, universities and the individuals. We should study the developing process of these behaviors and put forward different coping methods before, during and after the happening of the behaviors in order to direct the students to the healthy way in their growth.
