By paying attention to the issue of food safety,this thesis lays great importance on the fiduciary responsibility of enterprises.From the status quo of fiduciary responsibility of enterprises,this thesis analyses the lack of trust and responsibility of enterprises.To enhance enterprise trust responsibility it puts forward appropriate countermeasures： establishing a liberal market environment,multi-party cooperation,changing the concept of enterprise intrinsic,building harmonious enterprise culture,and building evaluation standard system of corporate social responsibility.
