由于皮马棉(Pima)及澳棉(Cotton)的纤维原棉特性不同,50/50的混纺比例并非最佳组合,以及Pima纤维棉结难清除的原因,筒纱条干差,棉结多,客户投诉不断。文章通过五个方案的不断优化,探索出生产Pima/Cotton50/509.7 tex的最佳工艺路线。

According to the problems of worse regularity,more neps and constant customer complaints of Pima/Cotton 50/50 9.7 tex yarn,caused by different properties of Pima and cotton,inapposite blended ratio and neps of Pima which are hard to remove, five plans were optimized constantly to explore the optimum process route of spinning Pima/cotton 50/50 9.7 tex yarn.
