参考《中华人民共和国兽药典二OO五年版一部》检测安痛定注射液中安替比林含量的检测方法,配制一组溶液,使安替比林对照品含量相同,pH值相同,而对二甲氨基苯甲醛试液的浓度逐渐增大,经过定容等处理,测定吸光度,排除较高或较低的吸光度,选定吸光度是0.5736的样,其中所加显色剂的量为对二甲氨基苯甲醛试液6mL。为了进一步求证该显色剂浓度的可靠性和可操作性,用定量分析法,在一系列标准曲线的各溶液和样品中加入该浓度的显色剂,测定结果表明,样品回收率是99%～105%。

Referring to the detection method of antipyrine content in Antongding injection in the first book of Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia（2005）,a set of solutions were prepared.Supposing the same content of antipyrine reference substance and the same pH,the concentration of p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde reagent was gradually increased and the absorbency was measured after constant volume approach and other treatments.After too much higher or lower absorbency was eliminated,the sample with the absorbency of 0.573 6 was selected.And the added chromogenic reagent was 6 mL p-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde solution.In order to validate the reliability and operability of the concentration of the chromogenic reagent,the chromogenic reagent at this concentration was added to different solutions and samples in a series of standard curves and the results showed that the recovery rate of samples was 99%～105%.
