Light Quality%Grape Plantlet%Growth and Development%Physiological Characteristics
观察了光质对葡萄品种SO4试管苗的生长及生理特性的影响,结果表明:不同光质处理下SO4葡萄试管苗的生长及生理特性具有明显的差异,黄光能促进葡萄试管苗早发根,第5天开始发根,第7天时试管苗生根率达87.5%;培养35 d时,试管苗的根长5.47 cm,节间长度1.58 cm,节间数3.81个,株高9.18 cm,都显著高于其它光质,植株长势较好。在不同光质处理下,试管苗的游离脯氨酸含量及SOD、POD、CAT酶均呈先升后降的趋势,红光处理下的游离脯氨酸、SOD及POD含量显著高于其它光质;而丙二醛含量变化总体呈现出先降后升再降的趋势,说明红光处理下的葡萄品种SO4试管苗的抗逆性优于其它光质处理。

This experiment studied the influence of different color fluorescent lamp(red,blue,green,yellow,white) on the growth and physiological characteristics of SO4 grape test-tube plantlets.The results showed that the growth and physiological characteristics of SO4 grape plantlets were obviously different after treated with different light quality.The yellow light,when it given in early stage,promoted the plantlets' rooting rate which reached 87.5% and they began to root in the seventh day.When cultivated in the thirty-fifth day,the grape test-tube plantlets had the longest root was 5.47 cm,the longest inter-node length was 1.58 cm and highest height was 9.18 cm which was different with the plantlets in the other lights significantly.The content of free amino acid,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity showed a tendency which was increasing first and then decreasing in different light quality.Under red light,the content of free amino acid,SOD,POD were significantly higher than the ones under the other light quality and the content of MDA showed a tendency of decreasing first then increasing and then decreasing.This paper will explain the stress resistance of SO4 grape test-tube plantlets were better than other light quality under red light.
