以装有平衡悬架并采用全浮式驾驶室的半挂汽车列车为研究对象,建立汽车的多自由度振动系统模型。利用随机响应计算方法中频域法的频率响应函数,以路面不平度功率谱密度构造路面输入的功率谱矩阵,对汽车进行随机振动分析,采用Matlab编制了半挂汽车列车平顺性的仿真程序。对汽车在不同等级路面和不同车速下进行了平顺性仿真,对驾驶室质心位置垂直方向的加速度功率谱密度进行了分析,并计算了不同行驶条件下此位置的加权加速度均方根值,为车辆平顺性的设计和改进提供参考。

This paper established a multi-degree vibration system model for a tractor semi-trailer equipped with the balanced suspension and the fully suspended cab.The response power spectral density matrix of the system was derived by frequency-domain method of random response calculation,and the power spectral density function for describing the road surface irregularity was used to constitute the displacement input power spectral density matrix at wheels,which was used for the random vibration analysis.The simulation and calculation program of tractor semi-trailer for ride comfort was worked out by adopting Matlab language.Ride comfort of the car was simulated under series vehicle speed and different qualification of road surface according to the mode established.Position of the center of mass of cab vertical acceleration power spectral density were analyzed,and RMS acceleration in the location mentioned above was calculated under different driving conditions.The results can be use to design and improvement of these kinds of tractor semi-trailer for reference.
