以两个金线莲品种（Anoectochilus formosanus、A．roxburghii）为试验样本，通过培养基中添加不同的有机物及活性炭进行试验，结果表明培养基中添加适宜的有机物质能显著增加这两种金线莲培养植株的单株鲜重及干物质含量；添加活性炭也可以显著增加这两种金线莲植株的单株鲜重。
이량개금선련품충（Anoectochilus formosanus、A．roxburghii）위시험양본，통과배양기중첨가불동적유궤물급활성탄진행시험，결과표명배양기중첨가괄의적유궤물질능현저증가저량충금선련배양식주적단주선중급간물질함량；첨가활성탄야가이현저증가저량충금선련식주적단주선중。
The effects of organic additives and active carbon on the growth of the in vitro jewel orchidAnoectochilusformosanus and Anoectochilus roxburghii in different media were studied. The results showed that the media as compared with the control under the treatment with organic additives extremely significantly incrested the single plant fresh weight and content of dry matter of A. formosanus and A. roxburghii ,and the media with active carbon extremely significantly incrested the single plant fresh weight of A. formosanus and A. roxburghii.
