为了解河南省猪瘟疫苗的临床效果及猪群的抗体水平，从而更好的保障养殖业的健康稳定发展，河南省畜牧局在部分县市区做了猪瘟疫苗的临床效果调查和猪群的抗体水平监测。这次调查涉及密县、范县等16个县（市、区）的80个猪场共112，461头免疫生猪。采用间接ELISA方法对河南省781份样品进行猪瘟抗体水平监测得知，河南省猪群猪瘟免疫抗体合格率95．78％，其中母猪的阳性率最高，达99．15％，仔猪最低，为91．10％。被检测的四家疫苗生产厂家疫苗免疫使用后的抗体合格率由高到低依次为：南京某企业B98％，山东某企业A96．22％，成都某企业C95．26％，新疆某企业D93．48％。此调查监测结果说明，河南省猪瘟防疫工作做的比较到位，疫苗的质量也比较理想，对河南省新一轮的猪瘟防疫工作有着积极的参照意义。

In order to know the clinical effect of Classical swine fever （CSF） vaccine and antibody levels of pigs in Henan province, and provide protection for the steady progress of animal husbandry, Henan Provincial Husbandry Bureau made an investigation on clinical effect of CSF and its antibody levels of the pigs around some county areas. This investigation involved total 112461 immunities living pigs in 80 farms from 16 counties including Mi-county and Fan-county, etc. 781serum samples were detected by ELISA method for the Anti-CSFV antibody level. The results showed 95.78% positive rate with the highest level in sow 99.15%, and lowest in the piglets 91.90%. The Antibody level sequence for detected four manufacturers, from high to low, was Nanjingtianbang 98 %, Sbandong lvdu 96.22 %, Chengdu Tianbang 95.26%, Xinjiang Tiankang 93.48%. This research suggested that prevention and cure effect of CSF in Henan province was in good condition and the quality of detected CSF vaccine is accredited. This result can be used to evaluate for the further work on new round classical swine fever control in Henan province.
