本文阐述了事业单位员工绩效量化考核的意义,分析了事业单位传统员工绩效量化考核存在的问题。以福建省特检院南平分院为例,从员工量化考核指标的制定、量化、实施等方面,提出了完善员工绩效量化考核的方法对策。实践表明,绩效量化考核具有明显优点,可为实施绩效工资提供有利的基础数据。

This paper states the meaning of appraisal of quantizing performance and analyses its problem in public institutions.For example about the NP branch institution of FJSEI,we improve the method of appraisal for the quantizing performance from the staff's appraisal target decision,quantification and implement.The practice indicates that the appraisal of quantizing performance has its obvious advantage.It can provide the basic data for the PRP.
