以鲫鱼为试验对象,分别投喂添加黄芪、乳酸杆菌和未添加佐剂的一般饲料后,检测各组鲫鱼肠道内乳酸杆菌数量、饲料系数、增重率和成活率等。试验结果表明,添加黄芪和乳酸杆菌后,鲫鱼肠道内乳酸杆菌的数量增多,而病原菌明显减少;也有利于鲫鱼的生长和成活。
以鯽魚為試驗對象,分彆投餵添加黃芪、乳痠桿菌和未添加佐劑的一般飼料後,檢測各組鯽魚腸道內乳痠桿菌數量、飼料繫數、增重率和成活率等。試驗結果錶明,添加黃芪和乳痠桿菌後,鯽魚腸道內乳痠桿菌的數量增多,而病原菌明顯減少;也有利于鯽魚的生長和成活。
이즉어위시험대상,분별투위첨가황기、유산간균화미첨가좌제적일반사료후,검측각조즉어장도내유산간균수량、사료계수、증중솔화성활솔등。시험결과표명,첨가황기화유산간균후,즉어장도내유산간균적수량증다,이병원균명현감소;야유리우즉어적생장화성활。
As the crucian carps for experimental objects,when being fed no additive diets and diets containing Astragalus and Lactobacilli respectively,the intestinal micro flora in crucian carp(Carassius auratus),feed conversion ratio,weight gain rate and survival rate were determined.The results showed that the amount of Lactobacilli in crucian carp is increased,while the amount of Pathogens is decreased,and this is in favor of the survival of crucian carp.
