中小学教师自身教科研知识的短缺和课题研究行为的乏力,不但阻碍了自身专业水平的提升,同时也不利于指导学生开展研究性学习,基于此必须在继续教育中加大教育科研知识培训力度,加大中小学教师“以校为本”小课题研究方法的指导。

중소학교사자신교과연지식적단결화과제연구행위적핍력,불단조애료자신전업수평적제승,동시야불리우지도학생개전연구성학습,기우차필수재계속교육중가대교육과연지식배훈력도,가대중소학교사“이교위본”소과제연구방법적지도。
the primary and secondary school teachers are hindered not only in their promotion in scientific research, but also in their guidance to students" research study because of their insufficient research knowledge and poor ability of doing research project. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research training pro- gram of primary and secondary school teachers in Xinjiang, and guide them to take part in "school - oriented" research projects.
