To improve the executive ability of educational management in Senior school, the class-advisor should reconsider about his behavior eonstandy, enhance his problem-solving skills, make his students obtain their obedient consciousness and morals of being a man. And also, he should enable his students to be a good mixer, to acquire the aptness to learn and the ability of generating class cohesion.
