在政府的大力支持下,新加坡的成人教育已经形成适合本国国情,并具有自身发展特色的教育体系。其目标明确、体制完善、经费充足、教师专业化等特点,值得学习、借鉴。我国的成人教育可以从转变观念、实行多元的入取考核方式,创新理念、推进成人教育课程体系改革,重视实践、不断探索多种教育教学形式等方面进行改进。
재정부적대력지지하,신가파적성인교육이경형성괄합본국국정,병구유자신발전특색적교육체계。기목표명학、체제완선、경비충족、교사전업화등특점,치득학습、차감。아국적성인교육가이종전변관념、실행다원적입취고핵방식,창신이념、추진성인교육과정체계개혁,중시실천、불단탐색다충교육교학형식등방면진행개진。
With the support from the government,the adult education in Singapore has developed with its own characteristics and it is suitable for the condition of the country.The purpose of adult education in Singapore is clear and the system is perfect with adequate operational fund and the teaching staff is professional,which deserve learning and reference.The adult education in China should be reformed from the following aspects： the change in opinion,the implementation of various admission exams,the innovation of the idea,the reform in adult curriculum,more attention to practice,and constant exploration of teaching methods.
