针对轻金属无渍液压油的研制工作,在实验室开发了一种新型结构的磷-氮剂RHY315,在3号白油基础油中进行了摩擦学性能评价和退火清净性考察,并与常见的3种含磷型极压抗磨剂进行了性能对比。结果表明,RHY315添加剂在基础油中不但表现出良好的极压抗磨性能,而且具有突出的低污渍特性。以RHY315为主要的极压抗磨剂组分调制的轻金属无渍液压油摩擦学性能完全能够满足指标要求,同时对油品的其他性能无不良影响。

According to the developing of the low-stain hydraulic oil,a P-N type extreme-pressure and anti-wear additive titled RHY315 was synthesized in laboratory.Its tribological and low-stain properties were evaluated and compared with three other additives using 3# white oil as base oil,the results showed that RHY315 has not only good extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties,but also excellent low-stain character in the simulative annealing experiment.In addition,the application study of RHY315 was carried out in low-stain hydraulic oil,the results showed that its tribological properties can fully satisfy the index requirements,and it has no bad effect to the other properties of the oil.
