为了保证实验动物的质量，国家相关的规范规定了实验动物房与外环境之间的压差梯度。通过CFD模拟，研究在不同风速下实验动物房迎风面的压强分布情况，从而得出迎风面上压差随风速的变化函数，找出相应的分布规律。给设计施工及规范的制定提供一定的参考。
