为解决缫丝机索绪温度波动大、人工难以控制、生丝质量不稳定的问题,设计了包括蒸汽压力调节回路和索绪温度调节回路的缫丝索绪温度自动控制系统,通过实施,实现了蚕茧缫丝索绪锅索绪温度自动控制。减轻了机头工的劳动强度,提高了生丝产量和质量,降低了能源和原料茧的消耗.
為解決繅絲機索緒溫度波動大、人工難以控製、生絲質量不穩定的問題,設計瞭包括蒸汽壓力調節迴路和索緒溫度調節迴路的繅絲索緒溫度自動控製繫統,通過實施,實現瞭蠶繭繅絲索緒鍋索緒溫度自動控製。減輕瞭機頭工的勞動彊度,提高瞭生絲產量和質量,降低瞭能源和原料繭的消耗.
위해결소사궤색서온도파동대、인공난이공제、생사질량불은정적문제,설계료포괄증기압력조절회로화색서온도조절회로적소사색서온도자동공제계통,통과실시,실현료잠충소사색서과색서온도자동공제。감경료궤두공적노동강도,제고료생사산량화질량,강저료능원화원료충적소모.
Automatic temperature control systems which included adjusting circle systems for vapor pressure and cocoon brusing were designed to solve such problems as temperature fluctuation which is hard to control when cocoon brushing and quality instability of silk. Through tests, we can automatically control the temperature when cocoon brushing so as to lessen the labor intensity, improve quantity and quality of silk and reduce the cost of resources and raw cocoons.
