Hippophae rhamnoides sinensis%Hippophae rhamnoides%hybrid%photosynthetic characteristics
利用LI—6400便携式光合仪对中国沙棘(Hippophae Rhamnoides Sinensis)、俄罗斯沙棘(Hipp-ophae Rhamnoides)及其杂交子代的光合特征进行测定,比较其亲本及子代的差异性。结果表明光合速率日变化曲线中国沙棘及俄罗斯沙棘呈"双峰"型,杂交子代呈"单峰型";全天蒸腾速率以俄罗斯沙棘最大,中国沙棘最小;胞间CO2浓度日变化规律三者相似,均在14:00达到最小值;全天气孔导度以俄罗斯沙棘最大。
利用LI—6400便攜式光閤儀對中國沙棘(Hippophae Rhamnoides Sinensis)、俄囉斯沙棘(Hipp-ophae Rhamnoides)及其雜交子代的光閤特徵進行測定,比較其親本及子代的差異性。結果錶明光閤速率日變化麯線中國沙棘及俄囉斯沙棘呈"雙峰"型,雜交子代呈"單峰型";全天蒸騰速率以俄囉斯沙棘最大,中國沙棘最小;胞間CO2濃度日變化規律三者相似,均在14:00達到最小值;全天氣孔導度以俄囉斯沙棘最大。
이용LI—6400편휴식광합의대중국사극(Hippophae Rhamnoides Sinensis)、아라사사극(Hipp-ophae Rhamnoides)급기잡교자대적광합특정진행측정,비교기친본급자대적차이성。결과표명광합속솔일변화곡선중국사극급아라사사극정"쌍봉"형,잡교자대정"단봉형";전천증등속솔이아라사사극최대,중국사극최소;포간CO2농도일변화규률삼자상사,균재14:00체도최소치;전천기공도도이아라사사극최대。
The photosynthetic characteristics diurnal changes of Hippophae rhamnoides sinensis,Hippophae rhamnoides and its hybrid was measured with Li—6400.Results showed: diural variations of photosynthetic rate is doubel-peak curve of Hippophae rhamnoides sinensis and Hippophae rhamnoides,while diural variations of photosynthetic rate of the hybrid appeared single-peak curve.Hippophae rhamnoides is the highest on the daily variation curve of transpiration,while Hippophae rhamnoides sinensis is the lowest.Hippophae rhamnoides sinensis,Hippophae rhamnoides and hybrid had a similar changing curve of diurnal variations of intercellular CO2 concentration,the lowest peak is at 14:00.Diurnal variations of stomatal conductance of Hippophae rhamnoides is the higerest.
