针对现代畜牧业发展对信息化建设的需求，新疆启动了畜牧业综合信息化平台建设项目，以昌吉州为试点，从数据中心、指挥中心建设，网络平台建设，畜牧、兽医、草原、畜产品、指挥、管理、政务等系统开发以及信息网站建设等方面进行有益探索，全面提升畜牧业综合管理能力和服务水平。

침대현대축목업발전대신식화건설적수구，신강계동료축목업종합신식화평태건설항목，이창길주위시점，종수거중심、지휘중심건설，망락평태건설，축목、수의、초원、축산품、지휘、관리、정무등계통개발이급신식망참건설등방면진행유익탐색，전면제승축목업종합관리능력화복무수평。
