以春季省沽油幼嫩茎梢为试验材料,研究消毒处理、茎段的不同位置、不同植物生长调节剂种类及水平等因素对其腋芽诱导的影响。结果表明:利用0.1%HgCl2对外植体灭菌10min效果最好,茎段中部是省沽油初代培养的最佳部位,腋芽诱导的最适培养基为:MS+6-BA1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,最高平均株分化可达2.5以上。

With the tender stem segments of Staphylea bumalda as the testing materials,the effects of such factors as disinfection treatments,different parts of stem and different types and levels of plant growth regulators on the axillary bud induction were studied.The results showed:The 0.1% HgCl2 10 min had the best sterilization effect;The optimal part in the primary culture of Staphylea bumalda was the middle stem segment;The optimal culture medium for inducing axillary buds was MS+6-BA 1 mg/L +NAA 0.2 mg/L,resulting in the maximum average plant differentiation of up to 2.5 or more.
