The theory of positive mental health education plays a significant role in the mental health education at primary and secondary schools. The Beijing No. 19 High School, which views positive mental health education as one of the school strategies, has been vigorously pushing forward the theory throughout the entire school and has achieved considerable results. This article sums up the experience in the school' s practice of positive mental health education at different stages, and gives suggestiom on the further practice of positive mental health education at ordinary high schools.
