目的 探讨肺结核病变组织骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)表达特征,分析其表达与结核痛发展的相关性.方法 利用SP免疫组织化学方法,对52例肺结核病变组织和30例正常肺组织中OPN表达进行研究.结果 OPN多呈胞浆表达.结核组OPN表达阳性PU值为3.669 1±3.298 1,显著高于对照组的0.241 9±0.198 3(P<0.001).在结核组中,初治与复治之间,痰菌阳性与阴性之间,空洞与非空洞之间OPN表达均差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 OPN高表达可是肺结核病变组织区别于正常肺组织的重要特征之一,与结核病的发生相关,可作为结核病辅助诊断的标志物.

Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin (OPN) in the lesions of pulmonary tuberculosis and to analyze its relationship with the development of tuberculosis. Methods OPN expression levels in 52 samples of tuberculosis lesions and 30 samples of normal lung tissue were measured by SP immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of OPN was mainly localized in cytoplasm. The OPN positive PU value in tuberculosis(TB) group was 3.669 1±3.298 1 ,significantly higher than that in control group(0.241 9±0.198 3,P <0.001). There was no significant differences in the expression levels of OPN between patients with initial treatment and retreatment, with sputum smear positive and negative, with cavity and without cavity in the TB group (P > 0.05 ). Conclusion High expression level of OPN may be one of significant characteristics in tuberculosis lesions differed from normal pulmonary tissues, and is correlated to the pathogenesis of TB. Therefore, the expression level of OPN may be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index of TB.
