为了解我国火力发电行业温室气体排放状况及排放因子,利用U23多组分红外气体分析仪及TH880F烟尘分析仪对全国30台具有代表性的火力发电机组排放的CO_2和N_2O进行了在线监测;监测及后续的数据处理阶段均遵循了联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)关于温室气体排放计算的质量保证和质量控制原则.利用统计学方法对数据进行处理,给出了CO_2和N_2O 3种表达方式的排放因子.结果表明:CO_2排放因子主要受装机容量、燃料及机组使用年限与维护质量的影响;常规煤粉机组的N_2O排放因子随装机容量的增加逐渐变小,循环流化床机组N_2O排放因子最大;与IPCC缺省排放因子的比较表明,烟煤、褐煤的CO_2和N_2O排放因子均在IPCC缺省因子95%置信区间内,贫煤CO_2和N_2O的排放因子均大于IPCC缺省因子;天然气CO_2和N_2O排放因子与IPCC缺省因子相差不大.

Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from Chinese thermal power plants and the associated emission factors were investigated through on-line measurements at 30 typical generating units.Ultramat 23 Gas Analyzer and TH880F Flue Gas Analyzer were used to measure the CO_2 and N_2O emissions.The measurements and subsequent data manipulations were undertaken in accordance with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for the calculation of GHG emissions.The CO_2 and N_2O emission factors were calculated using a statistical method and expressed in three different ways.Results showed that CO_2 emission factors were affected by installed capacity,fuel characteristics and age of the unit and its maintenance standard.N_2O emission factors of pulverized coal-fired units decreased with increased installed capacity,and the value was highest in circulating fluidized beds.A comparison with the IPCC calculations was then made,and it was found that CO_2 and N_2O emission factors of bituminous coal and lignite stay within the 95% confidence interval of IPCC default values,but those of sub-bituminous coal were higher than the IPCC default values.CO_2 and N_2O emission factors of natural gas had little difference with the IPCC default values.
