This paper introduces the basic method for temperature compensation of sensor with the single chip processor. Expatiates the hardware and the software of the temperature compensation of sensor with the new single chip processor: Aduc814. Accord to the applica-tion, this paper describes how to improve the precision of measurement with the method of training and studying. It also describes the ad-vantage and shortcoming of using digital data processing technique for temperature compensation.
