Experimental teaching is an important part of talent training system in higher education, and playing a key role in the culture of the students' hands-on practice and innovation spirit. Five aspects about how to promote experimental teaching reformation and improve the measures of culture talents quality were discussed in this paper as follows: transforming thought, raising awareness of the importance of experimental teaching, breaking the boundaries of courses; optimizing experimental teaching system; updating and selecting experiment teaching content; reforming experiment teaching methods; founding diversified assessing methods.
