目的了解肺炎衣原体(TWAR)与心脏病的相关性，多方面探讨冠心病的发病因素。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法，对冠心病100例，高血压病40例，心肌疾病40例，心律失常40例，正常对照60例，血清TWARDNA进行检测。结果不同组别间TWAR阳性率的差别有高度显著性(χ2＝30.52，P＜0.05)，其中冠心病占31.0%，心肌疾病占32.5%，高血压7.5%，心律失常12.5%，正常对照1.67%，提示冠心病和心肌疾病TWAR阳性率较高。结论冠心病、心肌疾病TWAR阳性检出率比高血压，无临床心脏病证据的心律失常和正常对照组高，提示TWAR是引起冠心病和心肌疾病的原因之一。
목적 료해폐염의원체(TWAR)여심장병적상관성，다방면탐토관심병적발병인소。방법 채용취합매련반응(PCR)법，대관심병100례，고혈압병40례，심기질병40례，심률실상40례，정상대조60례，혈청TWARDNA진행검측。결과 불동조별간TWAR양성솔적차별유고도현저성(χ2＝30.52，P＜0.05)，기중관심병점31.0%，심기질병점32.5%，고혈압7.5%，심률실상12.5%，정상대조1.67%，제시관심병화심기질병TWAR양성솔교고。결론 관심병、심기질병TWAR양성검출솔비고혈압，무림상심장병증거적심률실상화정상대조조고，제시TWAR시인기관심병화심기질병적원인지일。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cla-mydiapneumoniae and cardiovascular disease.Methods By us i ng PCR,the authors detected the serum TWAR DNA in patients with coronary heart d iease,hepertension,cardiomyopathy,arrhythmia,and normal control.Results Significant difference was observed in positive rate of serum TWAR DNA among patients with coronary heart disease,hypertension,cardiomyopathy,arrhythm ia and normal control(χ2＝30.52,P＜0.05).The positive rat es o f TWAR in patients with coronary heart disease(31.0%),cardiomyopatyhy(32.5%),hep ertension(7.5%),arrhythmia(12.5%),normal control(1.67%),Prompted the Positive ra tes of TWAR DNA in patients with coronary heart disease and cardiomyopathy were higher than those of patients with hypertension,arrhythmia and normal control.[ WTHZ Conclusions The positive rates of serum TWAR DNA in patients with coronary heart disease and cardiopathy were high compared to those with hyperte nsion,arrhythmia and normal control.The results of this study suggested that cla -mydia pneumoniae might be one of the causes of coronary heart disease and card iopathy.
