目的　探讨舌海绵状血管瘤的治疗方法。方法　舌海绵状血管瘤患者36例。Nd∶YAG激光功率10～20 W，导光纤维直径400～600 μm，行激光表面凝固治疗12例，采用光导纤维插入瘤体凝固治疗者14例，先行表面凝固后插入凝固治疗10例。分析影响疗效的因素并探讨预防并发症的措施。结果　随访1～7年，痊愈10例，痊愈率27.8%；显效18例，显效率50.0%；有效8例，有效率22.2%。总有效率100%。舌部主要功能保持良好，无严重的并发症发生。结论　Nd∶YAG激光治疗舌海绵状血管瘤，疗效可靠，操作方便，并发症少，是一种有效的治疗方法。
목적　탐토설해면상혈관류적치료방법。 방법　설해면상혈관류환자36례。Nd∶YAG격광공솔10～20 W，도광섬유직경400～600 μm，행격광표면응고치료12례，채용광도섬유삽입류체응고치료자14례，선행표면응고후삽입응고치료10례。분석영향료효적인소병탐토예방병발증적조시。 결과　수방1～7년，전유10례，전유솔27.8%；현효18례，현효솔50.0%；유효8례，유효솔22.2%。총유효솔100%。설부주요공능보지량호，무엄중적병발증발생。 결론　Nd∶YAG격광치료설해면상혈관류，료효가고，조작방편，병발증소，시일충유효적치료방법。
Objective　To develop an effective and curative therapeutic method for treatment of cavernous hemangioma of the tongue, while preserving important functions of the organ. Methods　Totally 36 patients (20 males and 16 females) with cavernous hemangioma of the tongue were treated with Nd∶YAG laser coagulation by surface irradiation or/and interstitial irradiation. Results　All the 36 treated patients were followed up for 1-7 years. There were 10 cases (27.8%) of CR, 18 cases (50%) of SR, and 8 cases (22.2%) of PR. The total effective rate was 100%. The major functions of the organ were well preserved and no serious complication was observed. Conclusions　Nd∶YAG laser coagulation is an effective therapeutic method in the treatment of cavernous hemangioma of the tongue. It may cure or well control the disease, is simple and safe to use, may well preserve major functions of the organ while avoid serious complications.
