目的：控制替硝唑泡腾栓的质量。方法：以碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸为泡腾剂，分别以聚乙二醇（PEG）、半合成脂肪酸酯、乌桕脂为基质，制备替硝唑泡腾栓，并进行体外溶出度测定。结果：3种泡腾栓的释药性能差异有显著性，以聚乙二醇为基质泡腾栓最好。结论：以聚乙二醇为替硝唑泡腾栓的基质较合适。
목적：공제체초서포등전적질량。방법：이탄산경납화저몽산위포등제，분별이취을이순（PEG）、반합성지방산지、오구지위기질，제비체초서포등전，병진행체외용출도측정。결과：3충포등전적석약성능차이유현저성，이취을이순위기질포등전최호。결론：이취을이순위체초서포등전적기질교합괄。
OBJECTIVE：To control the quality of tinidazole(TNZ) effervescent suppository made by three kinds excipients. METHODS：The preparation and properties of three suppositories were reported. The drug release was compared.RESULTS：The drug release of them was different, among them the suppository made of PEG was the best.CONCLUSIONS：The suppository made of PEG was suitable.
