对“选择性沉淀法从钨酸盐溶液中除钼”新工艺进行了工业试验。结果表明:对处理含WO3130~244 g/L,含钼0.535~2.55 g/L的工业钨酸铵溶液,除钼后净液中Mo/WO3达到2.00×10-5~9.12×10-5,除钼率达97.41%~99.64%,同时还能有效除去Sn等杂质;当结晶率为95%以上时,产品APT的质量完全达到GB10116-88APT-0级标准。本技术可大大简化APT结晶母液的处理,与经典的处理结晶母液工艺相比,母液中WO3回收率提高5%以上, NH4Cl的利用率达60%~70%,三废排放量减少60%~70%。
對“選擇性沉澱法從鎢痠鹽溶液中除鉬”新工藝進行瞭工業試驗。結果錶明:對處理含WO3130~244 g/L,含鉬0.535~2.55 g/L的工業鎢痠銨溶液,除鉬後淨液中Mo/WO3達到2.00×10-5~9.12×10-5,除鉬率達97.41%~99.64%,同時還能有效除去Sn等雜質;噹結晶率為95%以上時,產品APT的質量完全達到GB10116-88APT-0級標準。本技術可大大簡化APT結晶母液的處理,與經典的處理結晶母液工藝相比,母液中WO3迴收率提高5%以上, NH4Cl的利用率達60%~70%,三廢排放量減少60%~70%。
대“선택성침정법종오산염용액중제목”신공예진행료공업시험。결과표명:대처리함WO3130~244 g/L,함목0.535~2.55 g/L적공업오산안용액,제목후정액중Mo/WO3체도2.00×10-5~9.12×10-5,제목솔체97.41%~99.64%,동시환능유효제거Sn등잡질;당결정솔위95%이상시,산품APT적질량완전체도GB10116-88APT-0급표준。본기술가대대간화APT결정모액적처리,여경전적처리결정모액공예상비,모액중WO3회수솔제고5%이상, NH4Cl적이용솔체60%~70%,삼폐배방량감소60%~70%。
The commercial scale test was conducted for impurity molybdenum removal from tungstate solution by selective precipitation method. The results show that after commercial (NH4)2WO4 solutions containing 130~244 g/L WO3 and 0.535~2.55?g/L Mo are treated, the Mo/WO3 ratio in purified solution is 2.00×10-5~9.12×10-5 and the Mo removal rate can reach 97.41%~99.64%. Impurity Sn can be removed simultaneously. The quality of product APT obtained after the evaporation-crystallization of purified (NH4)2WO4 solution can conform to GB10116-88APT-0 standard at 95.0%~98.0% crystallization rate. The treatment process of APT crystal liquor is simplified significantly using the technology. The increase of WO3 recovery rate is over 5% in comparison with classical processes and the utilization ratio of NH4Cl is 60%~70%. The practice has expressed that the technology has outstanding characteristics of good adaptability for raw materials, simple process and equipments, high metal recovery and good economics profits.
