应用火花塞光纤传感测量系统对BJ492Q汽油机爆燃燃烧进行测量和研究,分析了爆燃燃烧时火焰光辐射的变化情况。正常燃烧时,CH(431.5 nm),C2( 5 16.5 nm),H2O(588 nm)自由基的光强曲线出现双峰值,着火延迟期内为自由基光辐射。爆燃较强工况时,只出现一个峰值,主要是碳粒子热辐射,峰值处出现剧烈波动,相位提前,无自由基的光辐射。试验表明,火花塞光纤传感器完全可用于爆燃测量。
應用火花塞光纖傳感測量繫統對BJ492Q汽油機爆燃燃燒進行測量和研究,分析瞭爆燃燃燒時火燄光輻射的變化情況。正常燃燒時,CH(431.5 nm),C2( 5 16.5 nm),H2O(588 nm)自由基的光彊麯線齣現雙峰值,著火延遲期內為自由基光輻射。爆燃較彊工況時,隻齣現一箇峰值,主要是碳粒子熱輻射,峰值處齣現劇烈波動,相位提前,無自由基的光輻射。試驗錶明,火花塞光纖傳感器完全可用于爆燃測量。
응용화화새광섬전감측량계통대BJ492Q기유궤폭연연소진행측량화연구,분석료폭연연소시화염광복사적변화정황。정상연소시,CH(431.5 nm),C2( 5 16.5 nm),H2O(588 nm)자유기적광강곡선출현쌍봉치,착화연지기내위자유기광복사。폭연교강공황시,지출현일개봉치,주요시탄입자열복사,봉치처출현극렬파동,상위제전,무자유기적광복사。시험표명,화화새광섬전감기완전가용우폭연측량。
Researches on knock combustion in BJ492Q using spark plug optica l sensors are presented in this paper.The effects of knock intensity on light em ission are studied.In normal condition at theoretical A/F ratio,double peaks a ppear on luminous curves of CH(431.5 nm),C2(516.5 nm),and H2O(588 nm ) radicals,with one of the peaks appearing in the delay combustion process.But under high knock intensity condition,only one peak appears due to the thermal ra diation of carbon particle.High frequent fluctuations appear near the peak,with phase advanced and light emission of radicals disappearing.The use of the spark plug sensor is proved to be feasible in knock combustion detection.
