采用不同温度对冻存后的小鼠精原细胞进行复苏,测定细胞复苏率。4℃,37℃,67℃ 及97℃时的细胞复苏率分别为29.7%,87.6%,88.8%及86.4%。37℃,67℃及97℃ 的细胞 复苏率之间在统计学上无显著性差异。结果表明:37~97℃复苏小鼠精原细胞均可获得较 好的复苏效果,而4℃对小鼠精原细胞复苏不利。
採用不同溫度對凍存後的小鼠精原細胞進行複囌,測定細胞複囌率。4℃,37℃,67℃ 及97℃時的細胞複囌率分彆為29.7%,87.6%,88.8%及86.4%。37℃,67℃及97℃ 的細胞 複囌率之間在統計學上無顯著性差異。結果錶明:37~97℃複囌小鼠精原細胞均可穫得較 好的複囌效果,而4℃對小鼠精原細胞複囌不利。

Cryopreserved mouse spermatogonia are thawed at dif ferent temperature and the recovery rates are measured. The recovery rates of mo use spermatogonia at 4℃, 37℃, 67℃ and 97℃ are 29.7%,87.6%,88.8% an d 86.4% respectively. There are no significant difference between the recovery rates of 37℃, 67℃ and 97℃ statist ically. The results suggest that the recovery rates of mouse spermatogonia are high at 37~ 97℃, while 4℃ is not favorable for mouse spermatogonia recovery.
