目的探讨电视腹腔镜手术在妇科领域的应用范围及价值。方法对采用电视腹腔镜手术技术的307例妇科手术进行总结分析，探讨其在本地区的应用价值、前景、手术适应症、并发症、各类妇科手术的方法等。结果本组307例患者中有298例(97.1％)在电视腹腔镜下顺利完成手术，手术时间平均2小时16分，并于4～ 7天痊愈出院。主要的并发症(本组发生率为17.4％)有腹腔内出血、术后肛门坠胀、腹部皮下气肿、肩胛区疼痛等。另有9例(2.9％)因各种原因术中改为开腹完成手术。结论电视腹腔镜手术在妇科领域有着十分广阔的应用前景和价值，它具有损伤小、盆腔粘连少、病人痛苦少、恢复快、住院时间短、兼诊断治疗于一体等诸多优点，值得大力推广应用。
목적탐토전시복강경수술재부과영역적응용범위급개치。방법대채용전시복강경수술기술적307례부과수술진행총결분석，탐토기재본지구적응용개치、전경、수술괄응증、병발증、각류부과수술적방법등。결과본조307례환자중유298례(97.1％)재전시복강경하순리완성수술，수술시간평균2소시16분，병우4～ 7천전유출원。주요적병발증(본조발생솔위17.4％)유복강내출혈、술후항문추창、복부피하기종、견갑구동통등。령유9례(2.9％)인각충원인술중개위개복완성수술。결론전시복강경수술재부과영역유착십분엄활적응용전경화개치，타구유손상소、분강점련소、병인통고소、회복쾌、주원시간단、겸진단치료우일체등제다우점，치득대력추엄응용。
Objectives　To study the scope and value of television celioscope operation of application in department of gynecology.Mehtods　Summing-up and analysing 307 cases department of gyneclolgy operation by the television celioscope since 7 years,studying its value future、operation indication、complication、operation methods of application in department of gynecology.Results　In 307 cases,298 cases had been completed operation by television celioscope successfully.The success rate was 97.1％.The operation average time continued 2 hours and 16 mintues.They all and left hospital in 4～7 days.The primary complication comprised haemorrhage withinabdominal cavity、anus falling and bulge、emphysema under skin in abdomen、backache et al.The rate of complication was 17.4％.another 9 cases(2.9％)had to been opened abdominal for other reasons.Conclusions　 The television celioscope operation has very wide value and future of application in department of gynecology.It had little damage、few adhesion within abdomion cacity、little pain and fast renewal for patiets、the time shorter of being in hospital,it has the advantage both diagnoses and treat,It deserve wide application.
