利用溶胶凝胶法制备高分子梯度玻璃前体,在这个体系中加入钛酸丁酯,形成高分子梯度玻璃。采用X射线散射能谱(EDAX)、吸收光谱仪、隧道扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、射线衍射仪(XRD)对产品进行了表征,发现在样品(棒状)中钛离子浓度由中心向边缘逐渐降低,呈梯度分布,样品在可见光范围内无明显的吸收峰,说明样品有较好的光学透明性,材料的颗粒分布均匀,粒径的大小为 40~60 nm,说明其有机相和无机相是均匀混合的,材料中没有明显的晶态物质。
利用溶膠凝膠法製備高分子梯度玻璃前體,在這箇體繫中加入鈦痠丁酯,形成高分子梯度玻璃。採用X射線散射能譜(EDAX)、吸收光譜儀、隧道掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、射線衍射儀(XRD)對產品進行瞭錶徵,髮現在樣品(棒狀)中鈦離子濃度由中心嚮邊緣逐漸降低,呈梯度分佈,樣品在可見光範圍內無明顯的吸收峰,說明樣品有較好的光學透明性,材料的顆粒分佈均勻,粒徑的大小為 40~60 nm,說明其有機相和無機相是均勻混閤的,材料中沒有明顯的晶態物質。

The glass which has continuous variation of refractive index either in the radial or the axial direction is called gradient glass. This material has been extensively applied in optical and photoelectronic device such as compact photocopies, communication relay systems, medical imaging systems, etc. A new type of polymer gradient glass has been successfully prepared by the sol-gel method in our laboratory. First,poly-dimethylsiloxane(PDMS) was incorporated with tetraethy(ortho)siloxane(TEOS) by sol-gel method to obtain an organic and inorganic hybrid system. Then, Ti(OBu)4 was added to this system by sol-gel method. Finally, a new type of polymer gradient glass was obtained. This material shows good optical transparency and gradient property. Moreover ,it is superior to the traditional gradient material in hardness and toughness.
