论述了采用精制TiCl4配制浓钛液,直接加入氨水及表面活性剂水解制备偏钛酸,偏钛酸经干燥、煅烧、气流粉碎制备电子陶瓷用高纯二氧化钛的新工艺,重点讨论了水解工艺条件中表面活性剂、钛液浓度、升温速度以及干燥、煅烧等条件对TiO2微粉的形貌及粒度分布的影响。利用该新工艺生产的高质量电子陶瓷用高纯二氧化钛是同类进口原料粉的理想替代品。

A new preparation process of high-purity TiO2 ultra-fine powders used in electronic ceramics was investigated. Firstly, the refined TiCl4 was used to prepare to the dense aqueous solution by adding pure water. Secondly, ammonia and the surface-active agent were directly added to the solution and got H2TiO3. Thirdly, the H2TiO3 was dried and calcined for two hours at 880? ℃. Finally, the high-purity TiO2 ultra-fine powders was obtained by grinding the TiO2 powder with a ulrasonic air current grinder. The technical conditions of hydrolysis process, such as the surfactant ,TiCl4 solution concentration,heating rate ,drying and calcining conditions is well discussed . The high quality high-purity TiO2 ultra-fine powder used in electronic ceramics prepared by the new process is an ideal alternative to imported products for electronic ceramics.
