通过在聚合过程中加入硅烷偶联剂，制得一种耐水性优良的苯丙乳液，并用该乳液制得耐水、耐候性优良的即用型墙地砖胶粘剂。实验表明，硅烷偶联剂的加入量和加入方式对产品耐水性的影响较大，同时，以丙二醇丁醚和甲基羟丙基纤维素分别作为产品的成膜助剂及增稠剂，产品的综合性能较佳。
통과재취합과정중가입규완우련제，제득일충내수성우량적분병유액，병용해유액제득내수、내후성우량적즉용형장지전효점제。실험표명，규완우련제적가입량화가입방식대산품내수성적영향교대，동시，이병이순정미화갑기간병기섬유소분별작위산품적성막조제급증주제，산품적종합성능교가。
A fine water resisting styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized by adding silane coupling agent in the polymerization.By using this emulsion,a waterproof and weather fastness ceramic tile adhesive was produced successfully.The experimental results show that the silane dosage and its adding method have great effects on the product,and the property of the ceramic tile was good when using propylene-glycol butyl ether and methyl hydroxypropyl cellulose as film-forming agent and thickener respectively.
