目的探讨B-Flow显像技术在下肢血栓形成疾病诊断中的价值。方法用2D-B/W、CDFI、PDI和B-Flow四种显示模式对45例（63条）下肢动静脉血栓形成患者分别进行对比研究分析。结果本组下肢血栓形成病例中，动脉血栓9例（15条），静脉血栓36例（48条）。完全梗塞33例（43条），部分梗塞8例（15条），部分再通4例（5条）。B-Flow显像的主要优点是：①提高了图像帧频和轴向分辨力；②全景血流显示功能，无溢出伪像；③同时清晰显示血流信息、血栓形态、血管壁与周围组织的解剖关系。结论B-Flow显像对下肢血栓形成疾病的诊断是一种新型有价值的影像学方法。

Purpose To evaluate the value of B-Flow imaging in the diagnosisof vascular thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods Comparing and analyzing the imaging characteristics of the cases with four displaying modes of 2D-B/W,CDFI,PDI and B-Flow in 63 vessels of 45 patients.Results In 45 cases there were 9 cases of arterial embolism(15 vessels) and 36 cases of venous(48 vessels).Amount these cases,there were 33 cases of full infarct,8 cases of partial infarct and 4 cases of partial reopened.The main advantages of B-Flow are as follow:①Extending the wideband resolution and high frame rate.②Panoramic view of blood flow without overflowing artifact.③It can reveal the status of blood flowing,the shape of thrombus and relationships between the vessels wall and the tissue simultaneously.Conclusion B-Flow is a new way and reliable means in diagnosis of vascular thrombosis of lower extremities.
