现代管理科学的“人本原理”认为,一切管理均应以调动人的积极性、做好人的工作为根本。违背“人本原理”,就不可能做到科学管理。从高等学校办学要以教师为主体、教学以学生为主体、思想政治工作是管理科学化的重要保障等方面进行探索。

현대관이과학적“인본원리”인위,일절관리균응이조동인적적겁성、주호인적공작위근본。위배“인본원리”,취불가능주도과학관리。종고등학교판학요이교사위주체、교학이학생위주체、사상정치공작시관이과학화적중요보장등방면진행탐색。
The "Connecting people theory" of modern management thinks that arousing the positivisty of people and encouraging
people are the base of all kinds of management. Otherwise, it would not be regarded as scientific management. Regarding teachers as
the main role in university establishment and students as the main role of gaining education is discussed in this paper. Another point of
view that guiding the thoughts of people is a very important ensurance of scientific management is also mentioned in this paper.
